Acify follows a No Refund Policy after an order has been shipped.

• No refund for change of mind.
• No refund for ordering the wrong product.
• No refund due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
• No refund for courier delays beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to our mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the product. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution if the issue is verified.
